This report has been developed through a multi-stakeholder consultative process led by the Government of Philippines’ Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) through its Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), in close cooperation with Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) and other government agencies, partners from the business sector, nongovernment organizations and other stakeholders, and carried out with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
